What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, organisation, message, and any file you attach, such as a CV or brochure.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, and for job applications, to assess your application. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to contact@samveksha.com.

This website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors, and the enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. Fonts, images and all other scripts are served from this website.
